All 44 public rights of way in Baughurst have been registered on the Definitive Map since 1949, but we think there may be others which have escaped the net. The Government has announced that, with effect from 1 January 2026, no further new applications for paths to be put on the Definitive Map will be accepted, and this Council has decided to make an application with those paths which we consider eligible.
