We would like to thank Councillor Stan Terrett for his fantastic contribution to Baughurst after over 40 years of dedicated service to the community

Stan first joined BPC in the 80's alongside working and has made many fantastic contributions such as securing the Pineapple Field which is used by local youth sports clubs today, engaging the community to display artifacts in a village hall exhibition in 1994, publishing two books preserving the recent past ('Memories of Baughurst' and Baughurst - a history') and being an invaluable councillor and member of multiple committees

As a small token of our thanks, Stan has received a letter from the Councillors and Clerk and a plaque placed on BPC's bench near his home
